ASSOCIATION DUES
OFTHA dues for 2023 are $325
This payment was due on January 1, 2023

NOTE: As of 3/31/2023, unpaid 2023 dues include
a $25 late fee. Total due for 2023 is currently $350

Statements were mailed to each homeowner
before the end of 2022 and were due January 1, 2023.
As stated in our ByLaws, properties not current after 90 days
(March 31, 2023) will be assessed a late fee of $25
for each year a given payment is late.
In individual cases, the Board may allow for that fee
to be waved at its discression. Please contact a board member
if you would like to be considered for an adjustment.

OFTHA PAST DUES AMOUNTS:

Payment for all 2023 and earlier amounts is past due.
Those with outstanding balances have been assessed
a $25 late fee for each late payment, for each year.

NOTE: While the vast majority of properties are current,
we have begun the process of placing liens
on properties with excessive balances.
We will send ample notice before starting this process.
including at least a statement and a warning.
However, after the process is started
there will be a non-refundable fee of $590 added to the account.
