Our 2019 RESCHEDULED OFTHA ANNUAL MEETING
will be held on
Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 7 pm
at Warner Middle School
30303 W. 14 Mile
in the Media Center.

We will elect our Board of Directors and conduct other OFTHA business.
We URGE all OFTHA members to attend as a number of topics will be discussed and possibly be voted on at this meeting. See you all there!!!



OFTHA 2019 Board Meeting
Our first regulart meeting of 2019 was held on January 15, 2019 and among other items,
officers were elected for the coming year.
At our 2018 General Meeting it was decided to return dues to the $225 level for 2019.

Our 2018 OFTHA ANNUAL MEETING was held on Monday, November 12, 2018, 7 pm at Warner Middle School.
32 properties were represented as we elected our 2019 Board and voted to reduce the dues from $400 voted at the last meeting down to $225.

Other items discussed included lot line fences, the split rail fence along 14 Mile, status of the former Fairview school, our out lots and common areas, and a proposal to allow DTE access to our property to upgrade gas piplines. Some detail can be found on our Association Info page.




Our 2017 OFTHA annual meeting was held on Monday, November 13, 2017
7 pm at Warner Middle School, 30303 West 14 Mile Rd.
Major items approved included a dues increase for 2018 and 2019 as well as electing the 2018 Board of Directors. Details on both can be found on our Association Info page.


The 2016 OFTHA General Meeting was held on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. at Sweet Spots, 32902 Middlebelt Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48334. A number of association items were discussed including the election of the Board for the coming year. Also presented were three (3) Proposed Amendments to the Subdivision Documents.
After lengthy discussion it was decided that these amendments will be considered further by the board.



The OFT Board of Directors met on January 12, 2016. Officers for 2016 were elected as presented at the 2015 General Meeting with the addition of Dave Snyder as Treasurer. The next meeting is scheduled for February 10, 2016.


Our 2015 Annual Meeting was held on November 18, 2015 at Dunckel School. We had over 25 households represented and discussed topics ranging from a new OFT Directory to fence repair along 14 mile road. A new slate of candidates for Directors was elected by unanimous approval. In accordance with our rules, the board members are approved at this meeting and various officer positions are decided at the following board meeting.
